Progetto formativo della Scuola Nazionale di Chirurgia dell’Ernia e della Parete Addominale – 2026

Il First Step – della Scuola, rivolto a Specializzandi e Chirurghi (specialisti e non), si svolgerà per il secondo anno a Strasburgo, presso l’IRCAD (1 Pl. de l’Hôpital, 67000, Francia), dal 13 al 15 aprile 2026.

Durante le tre giornate i partecipanti seguiranno un percorso immersivo con lezioni, simposi, chirurgia in diretta, sessioni video e forum di discussione, con esame finale. Il programma proseguirà poi nei Centri chirurgici di eccellenza, offrendo una formazione completa: dai principi di anatomia e chirurgia alle tecniche più avanzate per i casi complessi.

Il corpo docente, composto da esperti di rilievo nazionale e internazionale, garantirà un insegnamento di alto profilo in un contesto scientifico e professionale di eccellenza.

WEEK SURGERY AND SURGERY OF INCISIONAL HERNIAS – 2014-2024

The conference, which will be held on December 6, 2024 in Bologna, represents an opportunity to gain deeper insights into the organizational model of Week Surgery, designed to achieve hospital reorganization goals, reduce waiting lists, and integrate with community medicine.
The Week Surgery, successfully launched ten years ago at the Hospital of Budrio, has established itself as a model of efficiency, quality, and safety by accommodating different admission methods and providing optimal treatment for complex surgical conditions such as incisional hernias. Technical topics such as prehabilitation, management, and surgical techniques (open, laparoscopic, and robotic) will be addressed, with contributions from national experts.

There will be the Honorary President Domenico Marrano and the President Vincenzo Maria Greco.

NATIONAL SCHOOL SIC – ISHAWS SURGERY OF HERNIAS AND ABDOMINAL WALL

 

The educational project of the National School of Surgery of Hernias and the Abdominal Wall for 2024 will be structured into four separate training events, each covering distinct aspects of the subject.

These four events will complement each other, with some overlapping topics.

 

First Step – National School of Surgery of Hernias and the Abdominal Wall. Directed at and open to trainees (residents, fellows, and surgeons, both specialists and non-specialists). This year, it will be held in Naples, Italy, from April 8 to April 10, 2024.

Second Step – Advanced Minimally Invasive Surgery of the Abdominal Wall. Designed for surgeons, specialists, or trainees (residents) who have already completed the first step of the National School. It will take place in Baggiovara from Tuesday, May 6 to Thursday, May 9.

Third Step – Masterclass on Complex Abdominal Cases with Cadaver Lab. Open to surgeons, specialists, or trainees who have already completed the first step of the National School. Date and location to be determined (scheduled for the second half of 2024).
